I FORGOT TO TURN IN ORDER FORM ON PICTURE DAY?
IF YOUR CHILD FORGOT TO TURN IN THEIR ORDER FORM on picture day, please return it to the school front office before makeup day. After make up day, you must order online (click for more details). If you have lost or misplaced your envelope, each school will have extras or you can download a printable one above and place it in a regular envelope.
CAN I Order After picture Day?
You have until your schools makeup day to hand in prepaid order forms. After that you can order online and have pictures shipped to you. Shipping costs apply. (click for more details)
What if My Child was absent on picture day?
Each school has a make up session for absent students. Please check in with your school about make up day for location and date.
When will pictures be sent home?
Pictures are sent home with students 6-8 weeks after picture day.
Do you do retakes?
Retakes are offered at the studio BY APPOINTMENT. You have up to 10 days after receiving picture prints to call the studio to schedule your retake. Please bring your pictures with you to your retake appointment, they will be exchanged. If you are unhappy with your pictures and choose not to do a retake, you can return them to the studio for a refund up to 10 days after picture day.
